Village Roadshow introduced an annual Shareholder Discount Plan consisting of a booklet of "Buy one get one free" vouchers. This included 12 vouchers for the Company's associated cinemas in Australia, and one voucher Warner Bros. Movie World, Sea World, Wet'n'Wild Water World, Australian Outback Spectacular, Sydney Aquarium, Sydney Wildlife World and Sydney Sky Tower.

The current 2010 vouchers have an expiry date of 31 December 2010 and may continue to be redeemed until that date. Any vouchers presented after this date will not be valid.

THE SHAREHOLDER DISCOUNT PLAN HAS BEEN DISCONTINUED FROM FEBRUARY 2010

Special conditions continue to apply, including vouchers to the cinemas not being valid after 5.00pm on Saturdays; No Free Ticket Movies or Movie Marathons; nor may the passes be redeemed at Gold Class cinemas. Vouchers remain non-transferable, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and are not redeemable for cash.

The Directors retain the absolute discretion to vary or discontinue any or all of the benefits of the Discount Plan at any time without notice.
